Loek Buter

Loek Buter (1982, The Netherlands) is a documentary and fine art photographer. He graduated in documentary and portrait photography at Photo Academy Amsterdam. 

As a documentary photographer he is interested in telling stories about the influence of landscapes on individuals and their communities. His projects are social landscape stories with a strong focus on the Dutch landscape, agriculture, sustainability, outdoor life and nature. Living in an old farmhouse in Noord-Holland with his wife and three daughters he he is looking for the beauty in everyday life in the landscape surrounding him.
